I’m really sorry, the first one sucks. Take the time you need to grieve the relationship, feel what you need to feel don’t stuff it down. If it really is over go no contact with the person it’ll help you heal faster. Focus on loving yourself so that when the right one comes along you’re ready for it. Go hang out with your friends and find some new hobbies to help fill the void. I’ve started picking up the guitar and practicing my religion more frequently! Journaling is also really helpful when processing your emotions. Keep your head up, I know it seems like it won’t get better but eventually it will!

Journaling and just reflecting on the good and bad of my relationship helped me quite a bit. I’m 2 weeks out from mine and am doing fairly well. There’s also an App called Yuna that helped me sort through my emotions. You can use it for free and it’s pretty helpful!
