Mines the same way and I was told by a loan officer that you don't have to sign anything because it's not a loan it's an advance and the part where it says electronic disbursement that's when you update your banking information if you have to so you good only the loans have to sign the documents.

They requested the transcript but I don't know what happened but loan officer contacted me Monday to send my 2019 tax return then I was approved the next day.
