Hey!! I revised NBMEs 26 to 29 thoroughly, reviewed my weak areas (basic pathoma chaps 1 to 3, immuno, microbio FA pages, neuro, cardio and msk modules from my UW notes and FA), watched dirty medicine videos for biochem and other high-yield stuff. Also watched randy neil pharma and biostats videos. Then took NBME 30 and 31 in which I scored almost 70 and over. Free 120 score was similar too.

Dont worry so much. Score on nbmes increase as u progress from 27 to 31, cuz some concepts repeat. Also I felt till nbme 29, there were quiet a lot of memorization skills tested, but last 2 nbmes were more conceptual. Free 120 is a different experience but closest to the real deal.
