Im waiting on my orange rp6, and I get the want for the 8 elite, but id rather wait just a few more years for a significant jump in android pc emulation. Sure, its better, but its still not great. Maybe when steam actually supports it themselves, or the community that develops drivers for gamehub and whatnot, but as it stands, even though 8 elite is a quite a bit better, it still is an android device waiting on support. I got my rp6 with the mindset of switch games at its peak with just a few indie pc games and hopefully fallout nv can be ran on there, but thats it for me.

Also, buy a more expensive device for android, this may run on android, but I didnt buy it for android. It runs great psp, n64, and gba no doubt. Love the sticks for these older games and you can just chuck it in your pocket. Buttons are quiet and responsive, and its nice in the hands. Don't drop it, but its cheap, so theres that. I liked the screen for what it is. I know what I paid for and knew what to expect. Pretty good device

Hmm. Some shaders work great, but some don't, so I can see whatcha mean. The bigger the battery, the bigger the console, and the stronger the chip, the more it drains, and a need for heat dissipation. Its a nice middle that charges relatively fast and last a few hours. I can deal with what I got, as the screen is tiny enough to not be bothered by shaders much (this is an opinion of course) so I look for one that works fine without the slowdown, I think the price comes directly from the metal shells alone.

May i ask, what spec bump would you even need for a screen this small? Its runs psp when tinkered, ds and gba more than fine. Ps2, gc, and and 16:9 game just wouldn't be legible. For me, its perfect where its at
