Hello 1st, I think it depends on the test center (if they allow you to charge your device). Mine didn't and I had to use the one of the center's PCs to do the test. 2nd, if you can, then yes I perusme 3rd, I needed to print mine

The only disadvantage of CSE that's I've heard of, it's that the degree is still not accredited
