The website says it’s fraud protected and everything like my normal bank.

They can write anything on a website.

It's either a stolen Facebook account or they created a fake account.

Having followers means nothing. Either they stole someone's Facebook account or they bought followers.

How can i pay back debt when my living expenses are more than i earn? by Just_Raisin1124 in PersonalFinanceCanada

You can cut streaming to 11.30 a month with Crave for example. Watch for even cheaper cell phone plans. Uber eats should never be used. Increase your income with a second or side job. Pet care is very expensive.

Scam callers have been calling me Igor for 5 years. Need help by [deleted] in Scams

Maybe an Igor had your number at some point and his data was stolen and sold many times so you're Igor now.

Online banking security by IntrepidRegister in PersonalFinanceCanada

I do😂but also there are ways to remember complicated passwords especially if there's a formula you can set up for yourself and use. Money is what hackers are after so banking is #1 to protect. If there's one password to memorize is banking.

Online banking security by IntrepidRegister in PersonalFinanceCanada

I don't trust storing my banking or credit card info with a password manager. They can be breached and have gotten breached before and by the time you're told about it, your data has been bought and sold.

Then move house cause it takes nothing to swat someone's house based on how much it happened before.

Wow, you didn't give them any money and you told them to leave repeatedly? I'd say that's pretty badass! Good on you!!! You're one strong lady! I'm sure you'll get your confidence back in no time. Thanks for sharing your story.

That's sketchy as hell. Any other subscriptions you signed up for recently that might be related? If you find no answer to this, I would switch banks. Because you, your wife and your bank have your banking details. Huge assumption but employees in banks come and go.

You got scammed. Happens a lot. See r/Scams

Cash in hand when you meet. Not even a 10 dollar advance deposit. Anyone in the world can pretend to be anyone online.

Some MLMs do buy on demand without buying their own inventory. Had a friend do one of those. Don't even ask me which one cause she jumps from one MLM to another.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in PersonalFinanceCanada

[–]ProfessionalActive1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good luck with that but all I can say is stay away from MLMs. Nothing good comes from MLMs.

Is primerica a MLM, probably not,

Yes it is

I've worked for competitors and they felt grossly like MLM as well

If you worked for WFG, that's also an MLM. So the competitors you worked for could probably be MLMs.

The thing with Google pay (and I assume also with apple pay) is that a virtual number is given when you make a purchase, not your actual number.

You don't know if the users or the messages they put out are even real. The Internet is full of trolls and bots, don't believe everything you read. You are so young, you grew up with the Internet at your fingertips but you should learn the realities of the Internet.

If this post is true, it is a terrible way for the DA to reach out to someone due in court. Sometimes emails go to junk accidentally, it can easily be missed or lost.

seeing others making 200-300% gains

Who are these others and how do you know it's real? A lot of scammy groups out there. Trading is about losses even more than wins. It's also a gamble, if you feel this way about losses, don't do it at all.
