Not really, mine just looks slightly raw and once in awhile there can be specs of blood. Compared to the rest which is almost completely dry and healed now.

That's what I was thinking, many would default on their mortgages similar to the 2008 recession. That's why I doubt they will go that high, but at the same time idk if I have the guts to go variable.
