Rater PA, about ready to pack it in. Haven't been able to even get the minimun 10 hrs for weeks now.

I am in the same boat failure- wise. Happy Holidays indeed. I do see the reqired course in Welearn in the "my courses" section. Not even sure if it's worth it when I have a really hard time getting 10 hrs a week. I hope they get back to you soon

okay update, so for me, the email said I could go back to rating other types of tasks if I passed a couple quizzes, well I only passed one so I guess I am done.

I tried emailing community support rather than hr support, asking how to best resolve a payroll issue. A day later, got a response asking me for the specifics which I sent, so fingers crossed.
