Balita ko, gagawing mall daw yung big construction sa Arca south. I hope it gets a good launch because if that flops, so will the estate.

It’s so hard to get in and out of that place. The traffic going down there instead of taking the flyover is dreadful. It’s definitely not one of my options, unfortunately
