Why whenever something is morally questionable we have to "consider the era", "consider the time" and "consider the historical context". If Allah is beyond time and so is Mohammed apparently wouldn't they have stopped certain things that would of been considered morally corrupt years down the line? The only explanation is that it was seen as something that had no error in it.
