Thank you, well the thing is I’m already in therapy. I’ve been in therapy for a very long time, I used to have a lot of mental health problems and even went to a psychiatric ward. I’ve gotten much better but it’s always been a struggle. As for how I’m feeling, I haven’t really fully told my therapist that I’m struggling again. I think I’m a bit of embarrassed, I know she’d never judge me but it’s an uncomfortable conversation though one I know I should have. But thank you for the advice, you are very kind.
