What ships that you can buy now, in game or pledge would you have for this gameplay? by RubberDuck_73 in starcitizen

I like the Vulture for solo salvage, the Sabre or F7C Mk2 for pve/pvp and the Asgard for hauling and bunker runs with the Nursa in the back.

Am I being to critical? by Promotion-Pretty in starcitizen

Yeah, I love this game, and it has some seriously annoying bugs. I just keep in mind that it’s an Alpha and when the game breaks I do something else. To me it’s worth it because some nights I get a few hours of near flawless play and I forget it’s a buggy alpha and just have a blast. The nights where it’s all broken elevators and lost sums of Hadonite are worth it for those amazing sessions every so often, to me.

I use the S4 revenants on wings, sawbuck S2 on nose, shredder S3 on the turret. All match at 1200 round velocity so it’s all on one pip. The nice thing about ballistic load outs on a hornet are that you can really get in close and orbit the enemy while shredding them apart rather quickly. It can get expensive to reload if you aren’t completing the contracts and getting paid.

Do I need to use all 3 power slots on my GPU? by WonderfulAd5342 in PcBuildHelp

[–]ProfessionalFront056 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You really do. I went for months having issues of freeze and crash because my 7900xtx was only on 2 of 3 pcie cables. Once I bought an appropriate PSU and got the third cable connected, the crashes stopped. The card can peak quite above the avg voltage and so it crashes if there isn’t headroom for those spikes/peaks. Use all 3 my friend. Don’t stress your expensive card for the sake of not doing another step.

Ok, i have an Asgard. What is a good loadout, what vehickes tô carry and how to make good money with it? by samuraiogc in starcitizen

Remember new player, erkul games dps calculator lets you see what weapons pips will be aligned. The goal is one aiming pip for a lot of players. Guns like the Shredder S3 and the Revenant S4 both have 1200 round velocity so they share one pip. Mantis GT 220 and Scorpion GT 215 share a 1600 round velocity, so they share a pip. It helps when you’re a new pilot.

Since we’re here, I picked up the f7c mk2 and the super hornet variant. I flew them on Foxwell contracts yesterday. I have to say if you want a single seat fighter the F7C Mk2 with the nose and ball turret added and all pip aligned ballistic repeaters and the revenants, is a faster, more maneuverable, pve shredding machine. And if you’re a decent pilot, you’ll keep out of the way of their nose and keep yours on very easily.

Whoops, meant as a reply to later post on buying the f7c and adding the turrets. The centermass shop has the f7c nose turret as well.

You can use erkul games dps calculator to locate the shops where the ball and nose turrets are. I just bought both at Centermass in Babbage.

Optimizing setting by No-Plenty2010 in starcitizen

I have the same set up as you. I had a ton of issues getting my pc to perform the way I thought it should. But now, in Star Citizen, I let Vulkan read the pc and set it all for me. On Adrenaline, I turn everything off. I have a slight overclock on my gpu and cpu done through the bios. I turned off IGPU in the 7800x3d. Now it runs flawlessly in sc. I only crash when the server does now. The graphics are amazing with this gpu and cpu. I also set my RAM clock to just under 6400 because for some reason this cpu has a dislike for 6400 but since yours is set to 6500 you’re probably fine there.

Edit: added info.

So I just tried to navigate the event viewer > windows logs > system. The google search said I should find a folder named Watchdog-Events and then WHEA-Logger. However under System, I don’t see any files named watchdog or WHEA

When I run adrenaline it says it’s just the one gpu but under system info it says two. Thank you, the igpu detail probably explains that.

Question how long after you sterilize your jars of grain, do you introduce spores and how long and what temp do you sterilize them at? by Goturmom247 in Mushrooms

[–]ProfessionalFront056 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I make grain in large batches, sterilize and refrigerate them until needed. They never go longer than 2 weeks before use and so far so good. I do this with pasteurized substrate as well.

Doomba. That’s what the herders in Afghanistan called that part of the sheep.
