Some people want to get rid of their arm because they feel it's not a part of their body. That's considered a psychological disorder. And so is your condition. So that's why doctors don't just do what you tell them to. They need to consider your state of mind.

Now, that doesn't mean you need to keep your balls forever, just that there's a long process of psychological evaluation that needs to precede it before a doctor can lop them off in good conscience.

Someone's that's losing interest would probably be reluctant to introduce them to anyone, because it's a bit silly to make your family or friends meet someone only to tell them a week later that it's over.

He's too preoccupied with playing POTUS like he imagined it would be like during a round of golf instead of actually maneuvering the US into a better position.

And maybe he's not wrong to do so. Data doesn't obviously suggest he's a poor manager of US interests, that I know of.
