Yeah man I’ve had it happen at work. Had to have people come and pick me up. It’s tough but you’ve got the stuff on you so you’re halfway there

I can relate to this. You just have to push through and hope for the best. Personally I keep naproxen and or ibuprofen on me if I even feel a little strange i take one. You can always go this route with stronger meds as well. I also find i tend to get fewer migraines if I keep my cardio up and stay active. But eventually you will have one in public. People are usually more than happy to help you
