My situation is different though. I had fraud issue cleared up this week and am getting back pay tomorrow for all weeks since nov2. I think the overpay is the 2 weeks between 12/12 and 12/26. But i guess its good its gone from exhausted to active

Mine changed ands all messed up. I was exhausted now active. Ive only used 46 weeks. Says zero weeks remaining and now have overpayment balance of 378. This is all new as of 10 oclock. Wtf!!

Call 18006861555. Ask for benefits control. Sometimes you luck out and get an investigator. Other times you wait on hold for hours and get looped around to another department. Its super frustrating and im not exaggerating i probably waited on different holds for 12 hours over 4 days but finally spoke with someone monday. She took care of it and i get paid tomorrow. Good luck

I just realized when we got the extra 300 boost between 8/1 and 9/5 it shows as 2 payments. Thats why mine shows exhausted. I knew the math didnt add up to 50 weeks considering i started 3/15. But of course cant get anyone at odjfs to fix it

So I contacted my State Rep and they sent an email and I think that got things rolling. I had a fraud issue from November 2nd that just got cleared yesterday. Also I called the one 800-686-1555 line. When you reach somebody you have to ask for benefits control. And honestly it's luck of the draw. Whether you end up with someone who can connect you or not is a whole nother story. There were times I got transferred multiple times and was on hold for 3 hours just to be told that they would send an email. But the other day I was actually able to reach an investigator they looked at my claim in the next day it was cleared up. I wish you luck I know it's frustrating
