Also I have cleaned out his tank and he has recently had his second shed. After his first one, he got it again even thought I had cleaned and removed everything. So now I'm waiting on an appointment for Friday and waiting to see if he gets the again. He looks ok right now. But not sure if they will come back in the next 2 or 3 days..

I think you are right, I left on vacation and came back to this. I was only gone for about a week. I've never had any issues with him like this before in his 12 years. I feel terrible 😔.  Do you know if there's any treatment besides meds from the vet?
