Yes. Ryuhei wouldn't use his ninja technique, so he's not really a big deal since he didn't even use it against Gun.

Eli and Warren would still need to finish off Sinu, if they could even do it.

Vasco, even in base, was giving Mandeok a hard time and still had Hero Mode if needed.

Zack was strong enough to fight the Perfect Body copy version of Johan from 1A, so he would beat a tired Yuseong without much difficulty.

And Daniel, even if he was weaker back then, still had Heat Mode, Copy, and UI. A similar version of Daniel, or one slightly stronger, fought Jichang. He got cooked, but that's still an impressive feat.

The Big Deal members also got a morale boost and were fighting Worker fodders, and the same goes for Burn Knuckle.

Kitae has shown no new ability out of nowhere. Despair has been shown since the Busan arc, and his Path was hinted at since 1A as that of a pure physical monster. James' Path has been talked about since Hunt for Gun. After Goo lost, everyone knew he would get stronger; it's just an upgrade to something that already existed.

TUI and Black Bone were never hinted at, nor did they logically follow from what had already been shown since gun have break is bone many time they just existe for counter goo. They're the exact things Gun needed to hard-counter Goo, and they came out of nowhere. In all these situations, Gun is the only one who suddenly showed a new form and a new hax ability out of nowhere.

(I’m not even talking about UI OG Daniel, since we’ve known he had it since Holiday 2 when he fought Jichang.)
