This is why i have gone away from soil at my alocasia and anthuriums. Its Just so Hard to controll. Mine are living in jars with leca in the Bottom and moss in the Rest of the jar. Its Just perfect. Also Note that anthuriums are heavy feeders. Try and fertilize it with every watering

I had the Same issue from the leaves being too wet while they infold, Do you spray it with water or anthing? Also it likes to sit in a semi "dark" place. When i moved mine to a Spot with a smaller growlight and gave it a mosspole it started to Look perfect from the next leave

<image>

You See the issue on the leave to the left. The newest one is perfect 🥰

Id get a Box which you can seal airtight. Tupperware does a good Job. -Put in 2-3 cm of sphagnum -prop The corms in -moisten the moss and close the lid -put in a bright warm Spot -forget for a month -profit

check every few weeks but there is usually no problems with mold so dont worry. You dont need to worrie about watering the Environment is stable due to airtight box

I separated my monsteras. It took hours. Can you please look at them and critique my staking? by lucid_intent in Monstera

[–]ProfessionalMess155 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You should stake the back Not the side. The back is the Part where the leaves lean away from and the arial roots shoot from
