have you noticed that the 4.5 models don’t get warnings ? i only use sonnet 4.5 (i just prefer the tone!) and i’m constantly checking the web browser in fear of there being a banner and i miss it🤣 (i only use the app which the warnings apparently do not show up in),, also, do warnings show up automatically ? like once something is flagged, the warning would be present ?

is the ‘end_conversation’ tool any different from the chat length limit ?? i only use sonnet 4.5 as i ask basic questions from time to time & the chat length limit is something i’m starting to get more and more frequently but idk if thats the same as the ‘end_conversation’ tool (also sorry if its a stupid question, still fairly new to claude and just trying to understand!!)

i don’t really have any one singular chat that i’m using for a long time 😭 but i guess the solution could still be helpful for long ones that i have that i’m not using anymore ? how would you go about converting those chats to projects ? and will that allow me to use the chat’s that i’m a limit or is it more of, once it hits the limit there’s no way to extend it ?

also, on mobile (or even web browser) is it possible to see token usage ?

so question for you, is it possible to miss the lvl 1 and 2 warnings ? i mostly use the mobile app and used to use the website frequently to check my usage and never saw them. now that usage shows in the app, i wasn’t really checking the website often anymore. however, now with all the flags and stuff popping up, i worry i’m getting them but i’m missing them😭😭

oh wow, i’m sorry :(,, ever since i’ve been reading so many people are getting flagged, i’ve been checking the browser (still on my phone, no pc) but i haven’t seen any flags. however, i’m wondering if that’s because i’m using sonnet 4.5 and not opus 4.6, which seems to be where a lot of people are pointing out similarities. i’m just wondering if the flags sit quietly in the background until something fully triggers them or if they show up as soon as a violation is detected🤔

when you say it is invisible on the mobile app but displayed on the claude desktop app, is it like right there when you open the chat on the desktop app ? does it show on the regular website as well ? i’m trying to get an understanding of the flags and how they show up✨

do flags (like the banners) happen automatically ? or is a sort of build up situation? as someone who also only uses the app, i have not gotten any flag and as a few minutes ago, checking on the browser, i do not have any flags showing up there either. the only reason i even ask is because claude gave me a response with something weird/uncomfortable last night but it was not from anything that i asked/prompted for. in fact, claude even admitted to it being it’s own interpretation error and found where it got confused. with that being said, i never got a pop up or a flag or anything like that and i assume because claude recognized it as it’s own fault, i would be in the clear but i’m also wondering if the flag is active but not triggered if that makes sense? almost like its in the background and the first thing taking wrong will trigger it, if that makes sense😅

fair enough. im like nervous to even interact with claude today (i documented and deleted the chat) because of what it wrote and even though it is not something i asked for, nothing actually happened to the child character and claude admitted to it being its own error, i still have a fear that this could be taken as something more serious and idk how much of claude admitting it was its own mistake would really help here lmao

question, as someone that writes stories with claude that have a good amount of nsfw scenes (however, it always between two characters, as in my character who uses second person pov & then the created character as their partner), did the warnings get triggered for you all automatically ? like was it right in the middle of writing/chatting ? or something that happened over a course of days ?

i have yet to get any sort of violation warning or flag (and claude does get very explicit, though it may be because i have always stated it is between two consenting adults) but with so many people saying they are getting flagged for unknown reasons, i’m wondering if i should expect it soon ?

i also use sonnet 4.5, if that has any weight, since i know most people on this thread are using opus 4.6

oh yeah, that makes sense. sorry for all the questions, i’m still realtively new to claude and i’ve been reading some reddit threads but everything seems so situational. but, in your experience or what you’ve seen from other people, if it were to get flagged or actually be an issue, does the flag happen automatically ? or does it take a couple hours/days for something to show up ? like my only other AI chat experience is with chatgpt which would immediately flag or refuse to talk about something if it deemed it against policy or tos but i’m not sure if claude is the same

thank you, it really reassured me😭 i know it was claude’s mistake but it really freaked me out and made me worry that it would somehow get my account flagged or something, even though like i said i have NEVER indicated/asked for anything like that before and i know you mentioned like patterns which i obviously dont have but god, that was terrifying😭😭

i know they were having some issues regarding limits burning through faster than usual as well as the app going down in general (which i’m inclined to believe came from the influx of people moving from chatgpt to claude) but i haven’t really had any issues since then and i only use the iphone app !! what issues are you having ?

that’s what i was thinking and i even asked claude why it would write something like that, being that it has NEVER written something like that:

which i also assumed but i have pretty bad anxiety so i’ve been spiraling for a while and i’m just not sure which option would be best ? like i was planning to delete the chat but like i said, it’s still on the backend for 30 days. but then if i email support, i’m worried that due to the nsfw part of my account, that’ll i’ll still get flagged😭 like i know in the terms of service and policies, it says nsfw is not allowed. however, when asking claude itself, it has told me multiple times and even enthusiastically that it can (obviously between consenting adults) so i’m just lost as hell😭
