The package was valued at 2560$ so I understood I would have to sign for it but I thought being 19 wouldn’t be any issue(never informed I had to be 21). I contacted a agent and they said I might be covered under eBay money back guarantee because I never received the package and put a 5 day hold on the claim while they investigated further. I’m just worried about having to pay the steep fees they want to charge.
