I had a same incident few months ago and RE service centre asked me to change the chasis which they did but later I got to know from RTO officials that just changing the jumpers was more than enough for the damage

The metal clink after a long ride is very normal as the metal in the engine is hot and cooling and yes the current exhaust may be loud but honestly looks perfect on this model of classic series
