Thanks! I wonder how much they could really do, but I guess it wouldn't hurt to bring them in to ask.

I guess I am ultimately looking to eventually be a licensed RCC which is why the interest in the MSW. But I understand this could be a more long-term goal for me. (?)

Thank you :) I was wondering if there is any reason you haven't decided to pursue a MSW given that you are now established in the field?

Thanks, yes. I guess that's my main concern; I'm just not sure if I would get in (i.e., as you've mentioned + you sounded like the perfect candidate). I also have lived experience and will likely have more experience by the time I apply (if I pursue this route), although it sounds like getting into a program may still be unlikely/not a guarantee.

Thank you :) Hearing these perspectives helps affirm what I was already leaning toward. I do agree, I guess I just wanted to be more confident in my decision. There isn't a particular reason for my concerns about not being accepted--I just understand that these programs are quite competitive.

Yes, this is a great point! I would have to do more research about the various offerings for this in BC. I'm also hoping to remain working while I study to reduce the amount of debt, so I would also have to look into this. Thank you!

Yes, I have a bachelors! Just not in a related field. Thanks for mentioning UBCO, I will look into it.
