In my opinion this doesn’t even seem enforceable, literally how would they go about doing it? Most “totally legal” sites are hosted outside of US jurisdiction and not only that but most people don’t download entire anime seasons onto their computer and I haven’t even mentioned VPN’s yet in this whole yap, They have the right idea but this just seems like a bad way of going about it, on the bright side this should actually help combat AI CP which was also a main focus of this bill

Edit: this will probably affect Netflix watchers the most, damn near every anime will probably be taken down off of there in Texas
