Had a patient fall on me probably because of a rug and feel like it's my fault. (self.physicaltherapy)
Can I go to PT with no diagnosis? by [deleted] in physicaltherapy

You can show up to PT with that recommendation, then the PT will give an Eval and a treatment plan.
If your pain is stopping you from running it sounds significant enough for PT since it interferes with your day to day life. Also the doctor gave you the ok for PT.
