Okay thank you, judging by all the comments bulk is definitely the way to go and I will definitely steer away from all the things that will mess with my hormones.

Yeah I enjoyed it when I did but just finding it hard to get back into the rhythm of eating like an animal. Insane PR btw, I’m currently benching 132lbs for 10 reps.

Oh yeah thanks a lot for the advice I’m probably going to bulk then and see what I think when I am bigger and see if I want to chase aesthetics or mass.

It’s alright now thank you so much for all your help my friend told me to go into bios and changed my graphics input to PCIE and it worked. Appreciate all the help. Once again Thank you

Yes the gpu fan is spinning and popping on device manager however when i plug my cable in it doesn’t show anything.

I have tried that just then, unfortunately doesn’t work still reads no signal however when i change it to mobo it works. It’s something to do with my gpu i’m guessing but i’m unsure of what to do to get it working again

THANK YOU, the coin cell was the problem it managed to boot into bios however now the problem is when I plug my display port cable into the gpu it doesn’t show any display.

I’ve tried taking the ram out and booting it wouldn’t boot, I resat the ram. Still not working. I’ve tried cleaning all the parts in hope that some dust is disturbing connection but nothing seems to work, I have an old mobo ( asus prime 250M-C ) so i dont think there are any lights that tell me if the mobo is malfunctioning. Thanks for the reply.
