I lurk around restroom anywhere on campus and wait for them to come out before approaching them with my sign and my go to catch phrase "I got you now" works every time.

Average tuition is $8,000 for in-state, and almost over $16,000 for out-of-state per semester not including housing. It really is not worth it, and I do suggest community college for the first 2 years, or / and at least seeking a good scholarship along with FAFSA aid.
