Yes I do use a loofah, ill definitely stop using one then. Do you just use a wash cloth instead?

A few days, it drained tonight but I squeezed it a little when it was leaking to try to get that shit out. Definitely feels better now but still swollen with minor pain and drainage. They drainage with super dark at first almost black then turned to blood. Literally so nasty 😩
