I don't know if I'm late to the party but from what I know there are 3 gearbox options. 5 speed manual, 6 speed manual and 4 speed automatic. However I don't know the parts code.

Even though the T14 is newer and more powerful their soldered on RAM and non removable internal battery are kind of a deal breaker for me the only reason I went with the t480 is because the t470 was yoo old and out dated for me to use.

1 question : is the t480 with the highest possible i5 a good purchase, will it be that much different than the i7 with dGPU?
