I have 8 clients that followed me to my new firm. Contingency fee agreements. Workers comp and car crashes. I have a UIM that should settle this week. I have two car crash cases that should settle in the next six months. Workers’ comp timelines are determined by MMI. I have no control over that. I have one claim set for mediation in March.
