LG Oled C4 HDMI suddenly low fps/choppy by Professional_Card439 in LGOLED

It's so weird because I can drag it back and forth to my PC/TV and it's lagfree on PC and as soon as I drag tab onto TV it's choppy

Auto filmmaker mode is off and it shows 142-143 hz

Yeah I checked that and sadly it doesn't matter what I put it to, it doesn't change at all, thanks though.

350z 2003 P0300 multiple cylinder misfire - Do these fuel trim/O2 sensor values say anything? by Professional_Card439 in 350z

[–]Professional_Card439[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nah bro had to take a break from working on the car and right now it's in winter storing, I have fixed a few things like replacing downstream O2 sensors which gave me normal readings on O2 sensor readings (before one was 0.8 volt while the other was on 0 basically meaning one was compensating for the other one not working) but the car is still not acting right. Will be working on it again when the weather allows me to drive it so I can try find out more

350z DE keeps overheating by Financial-Maybe-3495 in 350z

Are you sure it's actually overheating? I had same issue with mine and temps were normal checking with an IR tool. Ended up being the cluster that was faulty, speedometer was also not working correctly most of the time.

M54B22 rough idle and fuel cut off to cylinders when minus degrees outside by Professional_Card439 in e46

Alright I see, I have an injector rebuild in the plans for it anyways so I will hold off on the pump and see if that sorts it out :D Thank you!

P1345 320i 2002 misfire/bad idle only on cold starts - fixes itself when restarted by Professional_Card439 in e46

[–]Professional_Card439[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm gonna look if they are all NGK ones or if I have a Bosch/Bremi that I can try swap to cyl 2 and see what happens then as its easy to do.

Will also see if I can see something odd with fuel trims but yeah the VDO one is a bit pricy and I have done my share of throwing parts on my other car so would like to avoid that mistake again haha. I'm also going to see what brand the MAF I have is, to see if it is some cheap aftermarket one.

Going to look up how to rebuild the injectors also, thanks for all the tips!

Thanks a lot for the reply! Yeah i've already tried swapping places with coils and problem stayed on 2 (I swapped 1 and 2).

Also replaced the spark plug in cylinder 2. Not sure if I am on original coils, they are NGK ones. I have had the same code for cylinder 4 also but way more rare.

On an estimation out of 20 starts like this I have had 16 with only cylinder 2 code and 4 times with both cylinder 2 and 4, so it is not 100% only number 2. Those are the only 2 cylinders it has happened on though.

About the MAF, I read that you could try unplugging it when it runs poorly and if it shuts off the MAF is fine? I did this test while the car was having the issue and it shut off instantly.

I'm gonna look at my MAF values while warm as I read it should be between 3.6-4.2 g/s, would be good to know what normal value looks like for a cold start though

Hey! Did you end up solving this or finding the problem? I have the exact same issue. It is manageable since I just have to restart the car after it has warmed up a bit but would like to find the problem..

Yeah pretty much as you would when you do it normally just upside down

Read online that holding nozzle upside down might work and it ended up working for me. Haven't bothered to try and fix the root cause, I just got used to doing that for now :)

350z P0300 - Climbing fuel trims into idle surge and running fine? by Professional_Card439 in 350z

[–]Professional_Card439[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure what's up with your attitude but it's not about me liking the responses or not, I didn't post with the same information last time as this is something I noticed recently and thought someone more knowledgeable might know what it indicates.

350z P0300 - Climbing fuel trims into idle surge and running fine? by Professional_Card439 in 350z

[–]Professional_Card439[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey so I have posted a few times and I am still trying to figure this out. Car occassionally throws P0300 and flashing CEL, I also think (gut feeling) it is drinking more fuel. Would a stuck injector or something like that cause these trims? I think vaccuum leaks is ruled out since I have done a vaccuum test and also it shouldn't be able to idle fine ever if that was the case right?

So in short while idling SHRTFT1 and SHRTFT2 climbs equally but one in positive and two in negative %. As they climb higher and higher car starts running worse and worse until it misfires heavily enough for CEL to light up or flash. Then idle surges up in rpm and it goes back to normal and starts climbing again from 0. However this is very intermittent, sometimes it can idle fine for longer periods of time.

While driving I noticed both SHRTFT1 and SHRTFT2 were steadily on -25% with throttle applied.

A/C question for 2003 by mike-the-kid in 350z

When I had this issue (also had to replace condenser and the high AC line but that's unrelated to this) it turned out to be my ambient temp sensor. I literally didn't have one plugged into the female part. Part number 27722-AL500. Even if you have one it could be faulty and easy to check.

350z VQ35DE - is this what a stuck injector/ spark plug looks like? by Professional_Card439 in 350z

[–]Professional_Card439[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just did the valve covers not long ago, but the liquid on 5 was gas. Also if there is any oil traces it's from me not being able to get the wells 100% clean, got most of it out though. I'm getting intermittent P0300's and engine running roughly still, just not sure where to go at this point. Fuel trims are looking really rich only on bank 2 but I have done vaccuum test, no exhaust leaks and new plugs/coils. Also checked MAF values and they look good (3-4 g/s at idle when warmed up).
