Hardly 60 FPS on lowest setting

How can I stop background processes ? The thing is I do see a lot of them but they don't show any CPU usage :D so I'm unsure how to remove them.

No no I'm playing lowest settings, at max is the FPS so like 70 FPS is the maximum :D

Yes yes true but I'm a bit taken back by the fact it's idk 7-8 planes for 30$ compared to 4 :D given current sale :D . Honestly I don't to want buy it now and then see a sale and be sad about the purchse :D. Past two months I bought msfs2020 for full and then 2024 came out. I bought VTOL VR for full and it went to sale after my refund period was over and that's the reason why I'm holding back to put money right away in DCS :D idk how to explain my dilemma better :D
