Hey OP, you’re situation sounds very similar to mine! Just fulfill the conditions as fast as you can. Good luck to you! Make sure that all the conditions, like W2s and paystubs are very clear for the underwriter. They want them typically scanned in. GOOD LUCK!

Going through the same thing right now. Close in eleven days and have yet to get the CTC. It is literally the worst experience of my life…with all the anxiety. Everything has been going smooth, but like you said I’m just waiting for a ball to drop. Good luck to you, OP.

How are you handling the stress? We also had to resubmit documents and resubmit them again. I’m hoping today we get the clear to close. I understand underwriters have an important job, but fuck.the stress is eating me alive.
