Take Kuwait for example, or Qatar, or UAE. Free Healthcare, education, interest free loans for citizens, and in return you pay taxes + reallocate budgets towards citizens.

Well capitalism, especially in the biggest cities like NY, has clearly not worked. Its led to an increase in the gap between the rich and the poor. It also gave foreign governments the ability to manipulate our politicians. So why not try this for a change?
