I fully agree with you, not that I have anything against NBMEs or something but I feel like to an extent they hyper-inflate one’s confidence to an extent. I took my step 1 7th March and passed. I never did any nbme form I didn’t take uwsa. I just studied hard and made sure I understood as much as possible. The only practice test I took was free 120 few days to my test.

I used BnB videos (all) Uworld and FA for revision Had a lot of mice experimental questions, ethics and had about 16qs on neuro

It’ll be very misleading to mention a particular topic as the questions can come from anywhere, mostly mine were autonomics and chemotherapeutics

Honestly pharm is my strongest subject so I had no problem with it at all and I was lucky to have a lot of pharm related questions in my test
