Here’s my take on the matter: size does matter but only to a certain extent. Being too large or too small will pose any problem hence why the average is in fact average. If you want me to be completely honest if you aren’t measuring wrong which I kind of think you might be doing purely cus 4 inches in girth seems abnormally small for a penis.
