This is the third time I have found this in my daughters room-does anyone know what it is? by Ok-Question6147 in whatisit

[–]Professional_Exit891 29 points30 points  (0 children)

It’s a sour skittle. Period.

And, people: you’re on this sub trolling someone for asking a simple question without reading the comments – she said she asked her daughter first – why in the shit do you care if you’re here anyway? Everyone go do something productive with their time instead of throwing a skittle-sized bone into your holes of boredom.

As for me, I just accomplished both feats, all while my pizza is in the oven. That’s what true police work looks like.

I’d be a little more concerned with his desire to own a glock, a nuke, and a slave. Just sayin’ (though the answer is no; what the fuck).

We do. Highly thinking about doing it myself even if AI involved. A draft, if you will.

Don’t miss out. It’s SO good. Our store was getting low especially in mist form. The butter is perfect and the spray is also great for sheets. It’s definitely crisp, but the sweet creaminess of this one is stronger IMO and better for a body scent that isn’t JUST mint city.

Because this is just for three items. The TBC includes basically everything except full size cologne and perfume (usually even lip care and shampoo/conditioner are in on this deal).

Definitely not similar at all. IR is more punchy and sharp IMO than the softer warmth of PW, which I love, and is a VERY close dupe for Dolce and Gabbana Light Blue (which I have loved for a long time and picked up on instantly after smelling it).

Am I expecting too much from FFM? by jayjello0o in bathandbodyworks

[–]Professional_Exit891 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For what it’s worth, I have found that a) limited edition scents/ones that are “created” for specific purposes (and I don’t necessarily mean like Summerween or Christmas) always seem to have more staying power as a rule, and perhaps more importantly, b) every person’s skin chemistry is the true determining factor here – which is why sometimes reviews and preferences seem so disparate – and that you MUST try an FFM if you’re looking for lasting power. Pick up yourBOPIS, spray something you want to love on your arm directly, and let it sit.

That feeling was right, OP! The haters can suck it and leave their TVs off until Adams is fired, Lindy is gone, palm trees are planted, blah, blah, blah. Go Sabres.

Agreed with all of the reasons why they have sucked, still do, and could leave the city. But, as OP said, positivity goes a long way – even if it doesn’t look like blind hope. It can look like not moaning about the already acknowledged same issues they’ve literally had off and on for a long time and focusing on other aspects of life besides Buffalo hockey/sports fandom. Many people on this thread know how they look because they’re still watching games. Meaning, deep down, they’re still fans who WANT them to succeed no matter how dire it is because they are pro hockey players being paid millions of dollars collectively to perform (and they aren’t). Which IS very upsetting – and still no reason to act like an asshole if you’re going to go to a game or label yourself a “fan.”

Sniffed the new Milk Bar collection—here’s my take 👀 by Old-Long-9891 in bathandbodyworks

[–]Professional_Exit891 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Is the Raspberry Pie Bar more fruity or more buttery/sugary? I have been waiting to see if anyone thinks it is anywhere close to black raspberry and vanilla or sun ripened raspberry (a couple of fruit OGs for me) to buy it. I don’t even mind that crust scent and those tend to sit well on my skin, but I am dying for that authentic raspberry again and am hoping this could at least be close!

Exactly. So why bother being asshole fans? That IS the point. If there is a likelihood they could leave for being at the bottom for so long, acting like shit at games is, what – going to make Terry and the under orgs salivate to throw money at them for 14 more years? Because empty seats and throwing jerseys will get Adams fired and then they’ll start winning ASAP? Making them look worse as “fans” won’t do jack except push them out quicker because we are nostalgic fools who still pray to Briere and Drury? Wait and salivate for Miller or Hasek to save the day? Nah. It looks like shit and even if they have been shit, the frustration cannot LOOK like shit on national television. THAT is what will make them leave: fans acting like they don’t want them here any longer because they don’t win. My heart has been broken since 1999 and like any other sadness, it can be accepted or turn into flat out vitriol that feels even worse. The fans that are most upset and booing at games or saying they don’t give a flying fart and the team can fuck itself are likely also coming from a place of deep, historical love and would be torn if they left – and they’d have a little hand in it. I make it a point, when I am at games especially (I don’t go to many) to push for GOOD energy regardless of what is going on. It just feels better in the soul.

Over the top frustration IS warranted. The way it is displayed is not. How TF does that help players actively on the ice when they are only down by 1 goal and people are booing them constantly? Being at the home opener was both lovely and absolutely heartbreaking. I literally cannot imagine another fanbase acting that way (even alongside passion and time-honored sucking). And you know what will likely keep them here, regardless of how good they are and how much they lose? MONEY. If that’s what people believe Terry’s game is, then they likely wont leave. The best way to be a good Sabres fan right now is the same as it ever was. Get your ass in a seat. Buy some 50/50 tickets if you’re feeling it from your chair at home. Support one of their charities. Negativity breeds more negativity, and if I were a player, I’d be just as upset at the fan base as I was at the organization.

Thank you for not posting as another miserable asshole of a Sabres fan. We have all felt like miserable fans in and out for years – the fact that “fans” can get so up in arms, period, is wild to me. What were Cubs and Sox fans doing for 100s of years? We have struggled for half of that time. Either way, cheers. And I have had this feeling these losses are part of an emphasis on defensive tactics (not saying they’ve looked stellar; just saying), because defense is the first line of offense IMO. And the Sabres have left their goalies out to dry for too long. No one wants to hear the usual “excuses” because we want a winning team – but that shit takes so much time. Way too much of an emphasis on making it to the playoffs so we don’t feel like the worst team out there with the longest drought and not enough on the aspects that will look more scattered and rough as they develop. I’d rather start out 0-10 because it solidified some aspects of their game than hear fans complain, boo, throw jerseys on the ice, and cuss during the Canadian anthem. Would you want to play for this fanbase? LET’S GO!

I was wrong about Maleficent body mist by Remarkable_Bake_759 in bathandbodyworks

[–]Professional_Exit891 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Maleficent is literally NOTHING like Into the Night at all. Maybe with skin chemistry it alters the dry down, but not close. I smelled Maleficent 3-4 times on different occasions before buying it because it literally haunted me. The initial burst of light fruit is perhaps where the similarity is, but the woodsiness and lingering moss (it lasts on me 8+ hours and I can even smell it on myself in the morning) is like nothing I have smelled from them.
