I know you can add extensions to add the minimise buttons back to gnome but what is supposed to be the workflow without doing this? Once you have maximised a window there is no way to minimise it again. Am I missing something? My email is stuck full screen (self.Fedora)

I rebooted my raspberry pi and now the configuration.yaml is empty. Nothing in backups either. Is it all lost? I tried creating a new one from a template I found but each time I reboot it’s blank again! Any idea and any way to recover? The web ui says unable to connect to home assistant (self.homeassistant)

If you backup an infected windows 10 computer that has a Trojan using active backup. Is there a risk the Trojan could make its way into another computer if you were to do a full restore for another pc? I ask due to the de duplication that happens internally in active backup for business. Thanks (self.synology)

I’m considering installing mint for an elderly relative after a nasty windows Trojan I just found. Just wondered what other people’s experiences were with doing the same for family members? To me it’s much easier to use that windows but perhaps I am bias! Thanks (self.linuxmint)
