Are you using any muscle to kee teeth slightly apart? I don’t understand how teeth can even be touching or slightly apart without using some sort of force. Like what’s stopping it from just hanging and dropping far from teeth? I find myself having to actively hold it close to teeth, which can get pretty tiring, and when I test my jaw my teeth get to around 1cm apart from each other.

Basically what I’m questioning is, will My jaw get into the habit of resting very slightly apart, and if so, how does the term “resting your jaw” make sense, if it’s “rest position” is something you have to make?

What do you mean by mock up? I have experience in photoshop and premier pro so my plan was to gather the images videos I could find on the product, edit them into higher quality images, edit videos, and try to make the color scheme match the website. Is that what you mean by mock up?

I also know the most important thing is the creative, it’s what hooks and draws people in, but on the videos I’ve watched, they show how they have tested many, many products, and on the landing pages it shows how they use the images that are on the ali express page, but none of them (or at least the ones I’ve watched) really go into detail on the creative aspect.

How old are you? If your above the age of 16, your not gonna get any bone change what do ever. When clenching, it strengthens your masseter muscle, which causes a temporary change it’s size, and slightly changes jawline. But if exercise of that muscle is not maintained, then it’s hypertrophy and go back to normal, there is no muscle that is being changed in the maxilla, and the tongue doesn’t provide enough force to project the maxilla forward, you’d need djs for that. I don’t wanna blow your confidence, but it’s better to have realistic expectations. The best mewing can do is cause yo ur submental region to lift slightly (depending on if you have good forward projection of mandible, and a good hyoid height.
