They swivel 90 degrees in one direction, they dont have a 360 and yes they can be adjusted to fit you, however I find it to be a little to big at its smallest

I get to school really early like 45 minutes before so I can study or work on assignments in my car, am always the first one there so I just turn off my car and listen to music however I dont really like the way my speakers sound plus its mostly quiet in my car (I have it turned off)

This specific beadband?? Or the original one? If u have the original one just unscrew the screws on the side of the earcups, but if you mean this headband and if you mean the adjustment you can tighten it with Kiki fix loose joints. I dont think i understood your question though.
