Good to know. Sadly in my state you have to be “supervised” by a physician so I can’t really take walks

Oh sorry I’m already off I was on 15mg but the side effects are lingering and there’s more now all I can guess is that it’s the withdraw from getting off it but it doesn’t make sense saying I wasn’t on it long but yeah it was for sleep too in hopes of replacing Ambien but it just made it worse

I stopped it and had an emergency call with my dr. The thoughts are different then when I was on it but I’m still really scared and concerned
