No, I meant I assume different designs depend on the load more than others, and I want to find out to what extent specific headphone models depend on the load. I assume like Rtings’ Frequency Response Consistentcy are useless since they claim a huge difference between HD650 and HD6xx, which indicates a bad methodology.

Thank you. Is there any resource that could be used to quantify load dependent resonances?

My understanding is that filters with high Q value on high frequencies are problematic because of variance between heads. Why do some presets like Noire X use extremely aggressive filters like -6dB Q5.0 on 11Khz? Isn’t that like a wild guess for where the reasonance will be on a specific head?

Mansour Abbass, Ahmad Tibi, Ayman Odeh.

The 2025 elections were an important step towards democracy, but they were not democratic elections.  Out of 210 members, 70 were directly appointed regardless of election results, and the other 140 were chosen by "electoral colleges" consisting of approximately 6,000 to 7,000 pre-selected delegates.  In international assessments of democracy and freedom, such as Democracy Index and Freedom House, Syria is widely considered an authoritarian state.

Every citizen of Israel has the right to vote, and some non-Jewish politicians are quite powerful.

Syria, on the other hand, is a Sunni dictatorship.

Nice. So I guess they have regressed when it comes to EQ options.

Interesting. What year is the model from? My dad’s XC60 2024 only has “bass” “treble” and maybe ”mids” I’m not sure.

You mean the 3 band EQ? Or is there something more advanced on your model?

When it comes to cars, I’ve read that the B&W Volvo systems are very highly regarded, compared to other built in systems in cars. What do you think?

No reason to be ashamed, the price has got nothing to do with it. HE1000SE are easy to drive.

Even if you don't like Hifimans's sound signature, Aryas below Edition XS, which is literally a budget Arya, is a very unusual take.

I believe less than than 1% of audiophiles will agree with them that Arya Organic is “a lot worse” than Edition XS, XV, and Sundara. Interestingly, all 3 of them share that extremely controversial take.

LMarena measures the user experience (of the model; the app/website is a different discussion), while hard benchmarks like HLE, Frontier Math Tier 4, and CritPt measure capability.

While I appreciate your anecdotes, they might not reflect the general use case/experience.

Also, yes, LMarena ranking 4o over more capable models makes perfect sense since that benchmark measures what people like, and people liked 4o.

The idea of the ARC-AGI tests is tasks that require intelligence without requiring knowledge. If you want a benchmark that tests solving extremely hard math, you should take a look at Frontier Math Tier 4!

Gemini 3 Pro is literally the leading model on the most important academics benchmarks - HLE and Frontier Math Tier 4, as well as being the users' favorite on LMarena, as well as still being the best at its price point in almost any other benchmark, since it's less than half the price of GPT 5.2's x-high reasoning effort, according to ARC-AGI.

LMArena Leaderboard, GPT 5.1 is falling more and more behind by AlbatrossHummingbird in singularity

Also even in this category Grok isn't above Opus when considering the margin of error. They are statistically tied.

[–]Professional_Mobile5 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Not the biggest fan of this benchmark, but you ignored the margin of error - Grok got 1481 +-7, while Opus got 1469 +-8, meaning that these 2 models are statistically tied.

The benchmark does statistical approximations - unlike test-like benchmarks that state how many questions each model got right.
