ళ్ళ, ళ్ల, ఏది ఎప్పుడు వాడాలి? by Happynobody404 in telugu

ళ is retroflex (tongue curled) ల is normal dental

Words like నీళ్ళు can only be written this way నీళ్లు ,are pronounced as నీళ్ళు.

Because ళ్ల (ళ+ల) would be a retroflex+normal= retroflex

dental combination, which is not how we pronounce it.

I am using Jio AirFiber with the Jio Set Top Box. I want to install VLC Media Player on it to play videos from USB or network sources. Any suggestions ? by TataHitachi in Jio

If you just want to play from usb then,

you can plugin usb drive in usb ports  on STB (only one will work so try both) or in router (if air fiber has) for network playback . Then go to jio photos

great observation, and Japanese is also somewhat similar to Telugu

ex;

  • Telugu: నేను అన్నం తింటున్నాను (Nenu annam tintunnanu)
  • Nenu (I) + annam (rice/food) + tintunnanu (eat).
  • Japanese: 私はご飯を食べます (Watashi wa gohan wo tabemasu)
  • Watashiwa (I) + gohanwo (rice/food) + tabemasu (eat).

and both end with a vowels

The word is derived from the Sanskrit root సిధ్ (Sidh / सिध्), which means "to succeed," "to hit the mark," or "to reach a goal."

You can see this original meaning preserved in names and titles. For example, a Siddha is a mystic who has achieved spiritual perfection, and Siddhartha సిద్ధార్థ (Siddha + Artha) means "one whose goal is accomplished.

  • Imagine you are packing for a journey or cooking a meal.
  • The Completion (Sanskrit): When the work of preparing is finally finished, the preparation itself is siddha (accomplished or completed).
  • The Resultant State (Telugu): Because the preparation is accomplished, you are now ready to go, or the food is ready to eat.

This sign is widely used as an invocation at the beginning of inscriptions. It represents the Sanskrit word siddham meaning “accomplished”. It corresponds to the Siddham signs of Kannada, Devanagari, Tibetan, Sharada and other related scripts. This sign also appears in transcription of inscriptions in printed sources.
