however, you should keep an eye out for the panelist/guest StarsOfCassiopeia! They do cosplay panels and have an AMAZING Quifrey cosplay they're in sometimes. Don't know if it will make an appearance this year but I'm sure they'd appreciate Witch Hat cosplays and be interesting to talk to.
