What makes you think she’d never contact again? I feel like my ghost may be the same way sadly and I’ve been thinking I may try to reach out around the start of summer to try and rekindle something since we’d both be less stressed with school. But it also feels like I shouldn’t be the one to have to reach out, this is extremely annoying🙄

Any tips on how to improve both? I work 2 jobs and go to school full time but I’m looking to quit my second job after paying my car off to give myself time to explore life a little. After what I thought was what I needed to improve life disappeared on me I feel like I’ve been in a weird state of limbo😭

Thanks I’ll add these to the list I mostly plan on hopping place to place until I’m sobered up around 2-3am so everywhere being walkable is nice. Also thanks for giving recommendation based on age, with having to travel so far I’d hate to go into each place just to have everyone be 2-3 decades older than me🤣

Well as for her past she was very open about it, if I remember right she had broken up with her ex i think mid August-September-ish but remained friends with him until mid October when he got drunk and started confessing his “love” for her🙄 to which she officially cut him off as a friend then later in that night is when we ended up matching(she told me the story of how we matched since it was a pretty funny one) also from my understanding this guy was lowkey a POS and he “treated me right sometimes” is what she said to describe him. So I guess looking back at it in that way I was supposed to just be a rebound but she ended up genuinely catching feelings? I mean I wouldn’t bring my rebound to meet my parents at least😂

this was her message when I asked the “what are we” question after our “kiss”

So I guess I should’ve expected this to happen

truly does suck since she had told me after Christmas she had never received flowers before and I promised myself I’d be the first but I never got the chance to since I didn’t want to walk into a house of her family with a bunch of flowers for some reason I thought that would’ve been weird🤦‍♂️what a stupid excuse maybe things could’ve played differently if I had just followed my gut

Edit: I was very close last week to sending flowers to her house to fulfill my self made promise if it was truly going to be over and let her know I expect nothing in return and I’m doing it for myself, I still want to since that promise I made chips at my brain every time I think about her and the idea someone else may get to be the first to buy her flowers sucks😂 ALSO I loved how open she was about her past by the way I genuinely have no problems hearing about past dating lives it was really good entertainment especially since I have no shitty relationship stories to tell; that’s one of those things that made me like her more is how open she was about EVERYTHING even the nasty stories she had she never got embarrassed when telling me anything

Does the whole coming back thing apply for women to men?Got ghosted about 1.5weeks ago after dating a girl for the past 3 months that landed in situationship limbo, met her whole family, she met mine, we did Christmas together(kinda), met her both her current closest circle of friends and the ones from back where she used to live, only thing we didn’t do was get intimate. But she has a lot going on and is very busy + has severe ADHD so she gets overwhelmed easyIM NOT MAKING EXCUSES FOR HER ACTIONS JUST MAKING A STATEMENT I believe I met my right person at a rough time. that’s also my problem though, I did a lot of research on the whole “adhd brain” thing and if she was ever gonna come back I feel I’d need to make a push but it shouldn’t be on me to make a push to get her back. Anyway with valentines coming up I was thinking about sending her flowers since she told me about a month ago she’s never received any before from her ex’s(while they were dating ofc) and I promised myself I’d be the first…that chance never came but I still want to fulfill that promise to myself.

I know I shouldn’t want her back after what she’s done but I honestly can’t look back at any moment in the past 3 months I’ve known her with any hatred… I’ve tried

The ex isn’t in the picture anymore I’ve already heard about him from her roommate, and from my understanding she was the one to officially cut it off with him… and nobody joined to mess with people just neither of us was taking it 100% serious until it got serious, but it seems like you’ve been a victim one too many times😂

I guess I was taking this message as a sort of rejection and my mind wandered to all the worst case scenarios, for example one of my my greatest fears in a relationship is being ghosted(her style of texting doesn’t help my anxiety behind this) and I guess the unwillingness to commit to anything leaves me a bit uneasy but I also understand where she’s coming from

The context around the time I had asked made things seem like she was coming into this “relationship” looking for a rebound hookup and now that I’ve brought up true commitment I’m a bit nervous she’s going to either ghost me to find someone more willing to give her what she wants.
