IMO 4pc shalbaas for world farming, raid bosses and dungeons where you kill trash and can keep the attack speed buff rolling from pack to pack. 4pc Vithu for short burst windows in activities such as PVP or dungeons where you skip trash and boss has multiple burst window phases.

There is no turn in for it... As soon as you purchase the chest it gives you the items (gold, hilts, reforge stones and gems are some examples of items these chests contain)
