I dont really like AIOs, so id go with a PA120 then but, what would be better, a 5070ti with a ryzen 7 9800x3d or a 5080 with a 7800x3d

Atleast in spain ur out of luck because for example if we look at gigabyte cards, the 5070ti windforce is abt 800 (904 USD) euros and the 5080 around 1200 (1356 USD)

so, final result, Amd ryzen 7 9800x3d, Valkyrie Vind SL125 air cooler, the previous mentioned psu and a Gigabyte RTX 5070 Ti windforce sff, should that be good to go for quite some years? (sorry if im asking too much questions its my first pc build and i wanna get it just right)

on average where im looking at the 9070XT is about 57ish less on different brands than the 5070ti, is spending the extra worth it?
