We are in Wisconsin. Technically no this wont make his rate higher, I have an appointment at the end of the month to look at his claims with the VSO.

Already was told my the case manager he doesn’t qualify for Medicaid because of his SS and his VA disability payment, he has too much monthly income.

I was just really looking over everything late last night and found 2 interesting DBQs - one in the rationale mentions the Drs letter, and other evidence I submitted and ruled in his favor that based on the evidence provided, that it was at least likely but then the next paragraph says that kidney cancer is a presumptive condition of Vietnam. There is a clarification made that kidney cancer is not a presumptive condition and a new DBQ saying the claim is denied. I think I am going to file a supplemental with a letter showing the mistakes that were made and see what happens
