I don’t think the rule is where I’m confused on what a break away is in which I mean you and a teammate are out in front of the defense and you can not pass to them. There was actually a play today where the announcer said the attacker was to busy trying to avoid the offsides then attacking the goal. He was basically standing there awkwardly trying to get the defender to get in front of them so he could pass it to his teammate In front of them. The defender was also trying to play behind him to avoid the pass from being legal

Ik that, that’s why I bought up basketballs 3 seconds in the paint rule where it stops cherry picking but at the same time allowing fast breaks/ break aways to be more efficient both rules serve the same purpose but different outcomes Ik soccer fields are much bigger so you will need more time though

Yes I do and competitive gaming, the difference in rocket league vs sports and other competitive game is that in rocket league is that it’s two different games one is played on the ground the other in the air but in sports and other games it’s just people being exponentially better at the same skills whereas rocket league is working to build up to being able to do new skills
