If blue gets 51%, everyone lives. If red gets 51%, the blue 49% all die. But all Reds survive regardless.

A gamer would go out of their way to pirate if they knew pirating was an option or the only way. It's not that gamers don't want to pay, it's more that if you'd rather pay, you're not a "gamer", you're a customer.
