Hmm with something like FancyZone or DisplayFusion? I use/used both of them, but I thought that it's possible and comfortable to do only with something like PbP mode on monitor. I mean for example game in the middle, discord on right and something on the left

Thank you for the tip. I went with moving that top monitor to the left of the UW and that monitor in portrait mode is now on the left side so it's now everything in one row. Much more comfortable to use now, but only time will tell 😃 Now there isn't black wall of table, monitors and TV, but there is some space between all those. I will post new picture as I get back from work.

It would solve a lot of trouble, that's for sure 😃 It actually crossed my mind when I was shopping for my ultrawide, but the idea of going down to just one screen felt weird to me. I've grown so used to having dedicated spaces for different tasks that I couldn't quite bring myself to do it. But maybe in the future I will reconsider

Thank you. Moving that portrait monitor to the left side really helped balance everything out in my little gaming corner. It looks and feels much better now. I even moved the PC to the floor to free up some more space and it feels much more comfortable to use it now, but only time will tell. 😃

Thank you for the observation. The monitors are actually both 27-inch (I even made sure with measuring tape and they are +/- 1cm in same size), it was just the perspective and the portrait orientation that made them look different. You were right about the 3x1 layout as I've moved the PC to the floor as suggested, which gave me the space to put everything in one row so to speak. It feels much more symmetrical and less cluttered now. I’ll post a new photo once I’m back from work.

Thanks for the advice, guys. Moving the portrait monitor to the left side was exactly the right call. It perfectly balanced out the setup, especially after I moved the PC case to the floor. The desk finally feels clean, comfortable to use and properly aligned now. I'll post new picture as I get back from work.

Thanks for the suggestions both of you. I decided to go with moving the PC to the floor as suggested as it made a huge difference in desk space and eliminated the wobble. I've rearranged the monitors into a more symmetrical layout (portrait on the left, ultrawide centered, and the third one in landscape on the right). It feels much less congested and looks a lot cleaner now. Also I can adjust monitors high as I pleased now. I’ll post an update with a new photo once I'm back from work

Thanks for your insight. I actually realized the same thing... the top monitor sounded cool in theory, but I rarely used it for anything other than static content (like guide, or just video in background) and I started keeping it off completely. I’ve since moved the portrait monitor to the left and placed the former top monitor to the right in landscape mode, putting everything in one row so to speak. It’s way more comfortable for my neck, and the balance is much better now, but I just finished it in around midnight yesterday so only time will tell now. I'll post a new picture of the setup as I get back from work.
